I'm traveling a bit this week so I'm posting this week's reading a little early. (I'm speaking at this conference).
This is a special week because this week ends our chronological reading through the Old Testament. Next week we start reading through the New Testament in chronological order.
Here is your thirty-nineth week's chronological Bible reading schedule:
Date Book & Chapters24 Esther 6-10
25 Ezra 7-10
26 Nehemiah 1-5
27 Nehemiah 6-7
28 Nehemiah 8-10
29 Nehemiah 11-13 ; Psalm 126
For practicing Lectio Divina, focus on a short passage, verse, or even a word to meditate on throughout the week. I am meditating on a part verse 4 and a part of verse 5 in Nehemiah 2 (a meditation on praying before you speak) "Then I prayed to the God of heaven, and I answered the king..."
